1. Book online — Email, sms or call use and choose your pickup window and any preferences.
2. We collect — Leave your bag at the door or hand it to our driver. 
3. Wash, dry & fold — We treat your clothes like our own: separated, right temps, neatly folded. 
4. Delivered back fresh — Packed and labelled; we’ll text when we’re on the way or if you prefer to leave it at your door.

• How do I bag my laundry? 

                    A regular laundry bag or sturdy garbage bag is fine (we will return the laundry in the same bag or

                    you can provide a separate bag for the return). 

• Do you mix orders? 

                    No — your items are washed separately from other customers’ items.

• Turnaround time? 

                    Standard 2 days; same day or faster by request (there may be ab additional charge for this).

• Stains? 

                    We’ll treat common stains, but older stains may not fully lift.

• Minimums or contracts? 

                    No. Book one-off or set up a recurring pickup.
